Check before you call a RV Tech

The last thing we want to do is come to your RV and charge you for simply throwing a switch or resetting a circuit breaker.

Some of these items below may sound obvious and silly, but many times this is the only issue and for some reason it was overlooked:

  • Is the thermostat set to the correct setting? Don’t have the manual anymore? You can surely find it online with a quick search.

  • Is the circuit breaker tripped or is a fuse blown? Check both DC fuses and AC circuit breakers on your power panel. Many times the breaker may not looked tripped but you should turn it off then on again just to be sure.

  • If you are connected to a power pedestal is the breaker on at the pedestal? and is the cord inserted all the way?
